Yury Voicehovsky
Chairman of Supervisory
BoardMr. Voicehovsky has 20 years of international investment banking and private equity experience. For over 10 years he worked in London, first at HSBC and then European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Yury headed Standard Bank (Russia) for 3 years, served as Board Member of the largest Russian coal company SUEK (Siberian Coal and Energy Company), London listed Dragon Oil Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank (later part of Troika Dialog Group), Member of the Board of Astrakhan Airport, Member of Advisory Council of Russian Association of Banks and several boards of banks and associations. Mr. Voicehovsky is a co-founder of New Europe Real Estate Fund and Astor Capital Group. Currently Mr. Voicehovsky also serves as Chairman of the Boards at VCIOM (www.wciom.ru) and Arkhangelsk Airport and member of the Board at RosTopProm (Russian fuel company) and VAL Energy. He is also Chairman of National Council for Investment Climate Development (www.investmentclimate.ru), member of the Supervisory Board of the Russian Independent Directors Association and Expert Council of the Russian Ministry for Regional Development. Mr. Voicehovsky holds MSc in Finance from London Business School, a degree in International Business from University of Copenhagen and IMC certificate in Investment Management (UK).
Will Andrich
President
For over 15 years, Mr. Andrich has been active in Investment Banking and Finance, working in London, New York, San Francisco and Moscow with Morgan Stanley and LCF Rothschild. Mr. Andrich set up New Europe Real Estate and Astor Capital Group. He has been a board member to several large businesses and is a co-founder of VAL Energy. Mr. Andrich has his MBA from UC Berkeley and holds a CFA charter.
